What counts as a minute?
No hidden units, no per-call fees, no charge for the texts. Only the time Maisie spends actually talking to a caller.
Answered talk time only
The clock starts when Maisie says hello and stops when the call ends. Ringing time doesn't count, and a call she transfers to you stops counting the moment you pick up.
Rounded to the nearest minute
Each call is rounded to the nearest minute and totalled for the month, so your invoice matches the call list in your dashboard line for line.
Minutes reset monthly
Your allowance resets on your billing date; unused minutes don't roll over. Anything beyond it is 35p a minute on your next invoice, and we email you at 80%.
